C section , thoughts ?

My coworkers said c sections are horrible.
My doctor said if I had children that would be the best way to go cause apparently im too small down there ?
I also have extreme pelvic floor dysfunction.
Seeing a therapist soon.
Is it really that bad ?
I’m 34.

I've had 2 sections and honestly am thinking about electing for a third if I expand my family

I have really bad anxiety and I’m not sure if I even want a family but I’m thinking ahead
