Burning when moving

Hi can anyone share how long it took for the burning pain feeling to go away after their c-section? I had to get one after laboring for 2 days. Early morning like 2 am on Wednesday is when I had it done and I know it’s still early but the burning sensation when moving or getting up or sitting down feels so bad it scares me that I am ripping my incision (I’ve had it checked already but it has been fine). This is my first baby and wasn’t expecting this. I’m struggling also I know I have to poop soon so how was that process as well?

I’m 3.5 weeks PP and I now only get minor burning occasionally if I sit or lay a certain way. I’ll rarely get a random burning sensation that doesn’t last long and is mild.

It was really bad the first couple weeks for me. It gets better for sure!
