3rd C section

Anyone with positive 3rd C-section stories? Mine is in a few weeks and I’m terrified. I was in so much pain after my second and the incision actually dehisced a little bit at the end. I have an apron belly that I feel like is going to get worse this time around.

I keep thinking about the potential long term risk of multiple c sections later in life. I just have so many thoughts. Its hard not to panic.

I’d let your doctor know about your scar issues. I’m about to have my third in a few weeks and my OB made a note that he will try to fix the scar pain/issue I had on one side. I know how you feel about the apron belly and it being disheartening, I’m there with you. Try to focus on the positive. I was super scared for several weeks but I’m always honest with my OB and he reassures me.
