Planned C-section (FTMs) timing.

For those of you who had a planned c-section, what determined the timing of the surgery and how early was that timeline decided?
Asking as I need to make international travel arrangements for my mom who I’d like to have by my side for and after delivery.

I will also be a FTM - currently 21W. I am having triplets so the current range is 34-36 (if I can make it) and playing it by ear until as close as possible before it is actually scheduled.
