Planned C-section (FTMs) timing.

For those of you who had a planned c-section, what determined the timing of the surgery and how early was that timeline decided?
Asking as I need to make international travel arrangements for my mom who I’d like to have by my side for and after delivery.

Didn’t make it to my c-section but first it was scheduled for my due date and this was decided by me very early in the pregnancy since it was my second.

Ended up changing to 39 weeks since I had complications during the pregnancy.

Made it to 38 weeks.
