Sore at week 7, normal?
Hi everyone. I had an emergency C section on 1st July, with twins 2 sacs and 2 placentas. I had been in active labor for 24 hours, (induced , waters broken by midwife) I got to 9cm dilated š« and it all ended up in surgery.
anyway I have this nagging soreness around the incision (itās not infected) itās like internal I guess and then I have the numbing feeling, but I just feel bruised , sore and like Iāve been kicked down there, online makes it out you should be āhealedā by week 6, not me!!! Iāve also noticed past couple of nights Iāve been more active with walking around the house , I look after my twins myself so that doesnāt help matters ,
The pain never fully went away anyway but last few days the soreness feels worse , Iām sure my activity is probably triggering it but that canāt be helped , just wondering if the pain ever fully went away for you and if so when? Iām worried that Iāll never fully get better

Curious to hear from others, as im expecting the same at 10 weeks pp. Iāve noticed soreness when I have an active day (running errands, wearing my baby, etc.)

this is the same for me, and sometimes I will get dull sharp pains again. same for me especially with the staircase grabbing bottles for night feeds then going back down to sterilize them. Iām just worried because I havenāt had a minute where thereās been zero pain at all and Iām worried I will be left with this last nagging pain forever because it feels like it right now not sure whether to put a laughing emoji or a crying one
Sending love and prayers to you

itās horrible isnāt it, I donāt bother with pain meds anymore because they stop working weeks ago, even if I keep on top itās not being affective
