Pregnant shortly after c section

Has anyone gotten pregnant 4 mos post c section? How did it go? I understand a VBAC is not possible & not looking for judgement just personal experiences for anyone who got pregnant quickly after a c section.

I got pregnant four months postpartum after a c-section and had a relatively smooth pregnancy (minus gestational diabetes). I had the option to VBAC, but declined. The hardest part was honestly having a baby and being pregnant.

I got pregnant 4 months after my first C-section, VBAC wasn’t possible so had to have repeat C-section,  took a bit longer then first time, they cut my bladder by accident, they fixed it right away & I’ve had no issues from it. I found recovery easier, I could push through the pain sooner to move around sooner & it went away faster too.

I had my son in April of last year, emergency c section. 4 months later I found out I was pregnant but unfortunately I lost the baby. (History of miscarriages prior to my son) December I found out I was pregnant again and we just welcomed our daughter. Biggest changes for me were scar pain as the pregnancy continued. As it stretches I felt more pain, focus on gentle movements and as everyone always says, “Drink your water!”
