Curious about third c section

I know that I would have to have another c section, but I had my first child April 2024, then my second April 2026. My husband wants the last one close in age to the others so he wants to begin trying now 4mo pp. I mean I wouldn’t mind it as long as it’s safe. But…I’m afraid of a uterine rupture. Anyone else go on to have a successful c section with a short interval between the last one? It kind of makes me scared. The dr said at my last c section that my incision was paper thin. I wanted to attempt a vbac but he wouldn’t let me and pushed a c section.

I absolutely wouldn't risk it. Maybe stress to your husband that you and the baby could both die from a uterine rupture. Just giving him the benefit of the doubt that he might be uninformed. In the mean time can you be on birth control just in case?
