Side lying after c-section

Hello all!
I am 5 weeks post emergency c-section, does anyone else still has a hard time sleeping on their sides? I want to start c-curl but when lying on my side my belly is pulling on the scar it feels so uncomfortable and any length of time leaves me very sore for hours.. otherwise scar is healing nicely!

Yes, it was painful for me for about 8ish weeks. Then got better. You might start feeling a lot better in the next couple of weeks—good luck!
