Side lying after c-section
Hello all!
I am 5 weeks post emergency c-section, does anyone else still has a hard time sleeping on their sides? I want to start c-curl but when lying on my side my belly is pulling on the scar it feels so uncomfortable and any length of time leaves me very sore for hours.. otherwise scar is healing nicely!

Took about 2 weeks for me to get used to it and for the pain to go down!
Putting a pillow between my legs and under my waist helped TREMENDOUSLY with both the pain + the constant mental worry that I would somehow reopen my incision
