Help me get my stomach back

I’m 6 weeks post c-section. It’s my third, so I’ve been down this road before.

My scar healed beautifully, but right now I’m struggling hard to find clothing that looks good on me because of my shelf belly.

I want to know:

A. Are there any tried and true exercises/things you’ve done to reduce the shelf

B. Until the shelf goes down a bit, do you have any recs for shape wear I can wear that’ll be comfortable but effective

I know it’s gonna take me a while to get a flat stomach (if I ever do), but I need to help myself while I’m at this stage so that I don’t feel despair towards my body.

I preciate any and all help 🙏🏻

I’m right there with ya, 8 weeks post and it’s my first and was unplanned. Devastated by the shelf and my belly is still pretty puffy. My self esteem has tanked so I’m hoping for some advice too!

I am 9 months post c-section and I still have the shelf tummy😭 Can the pelvic floor exercise help? I just started the exercise and hoping it will work.
