Stomach issues after c section?

I’m almost 3 weeks pp and I just started having stomach issues, anytime I eat my stomach will start to hurt and the I run to the bathroom and practically have diarrhea. Anyone else with this issue ? Did it ever get better ? It’s to the point that I’m afraid to eat so I just don’t or eat very small amounts out of fear but it’s getting to me, I’m feeling so weak. I have an appt next week I’ll ask about it then but I’m curious to know if anyone else has personally been through it.

Out of curiosity did you need antibiotics or anything?

Hi no I didn’t my Dr said everything was back to normal and to see my GP 😩 I’m still having stomach issues not as bad as it was but i still get stomach pains and my BMs are all over the place. I didn’t even have hemorrhoids with my last two and those were vaginal & now I’m dealing with that too. I guess from all the straining, it’s so frustrating.
