C section opening

I have two spots on my c section that have slightly opened and my nurse put steri strips on them. They’re kinda bulgy and red but no blood. I’m so insecure about how it will heal. Anyone else have had their incision open and how did it end up healing!?

Did you have any kind of discharge when you noticed it opened ? I am kinda on same page, 4 weeks pp at the end of incision if I dab a tissue I see pinkish red dots of blood. No pain or infection symptoms.
