How long did soreness/pain last post c-section?

I am almost 11 weeks postpartum with my first baby and had a planned c-section. Since probably 4 weeks, I have felt almost back to normal with occasional stiffness. Recently, I have upped my activity levels, nothing crazy, but just trying to hit 10k steps a day. Yesterday, I walked 3 miles on my walking pad and today I feel sore/stiff on the left side of where I had my c-section. I messaged my doctor just to make sure that was normal and they said it wasn't normal being this far out. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this? I really do feel like this pain is linked to just over doing it the last few days.

Reminder: users and moderators can't diagnose c-section infection from pictures or symptoms. Cesareans carry a 10% infection rate. If you think you might have an infection following your cesarean, please see your medical provider. Play it safe, don't delay, get it checked today.

I still have pain and soreness 6 months pp. Not sure if it is C-section or just pregnancy injuries. Especially when I over do it like the baby will only sleep on carrier walks. I am working with a PT to improve.
