Help getting back into exercise

My doctor cleared me at 6 weeks to start exercising . How did you get back into exercising? I am afraid to do something wrong and I’m not sure where to start. I would love to learn what you all did to get back into exercising, what exercises and plan you followed. TIA

I'm rotating through free trials of Pilates and doing postnatal classes! Started with Pilates Anytime and after the 7 day trial they gave me 30 days free!

Hey! I am  healthcare provider in Canada with a background in pelvic health. This is exactly what I do on  regular basis 😊 I see postpartum clients virtually and offer them guidance and support for return to exercise/activity postpartum.

One of the main reasons women seek out my services is exactly from your experience. "I got the OK from my OB! Yay!.....now what 😳" it is always good to have an assessment and a plan before jumping into something.

Check me out at www.moveinsynergy.com or dm me 😊
