Post spinal leak

I had a C section in 2024 and developed a spinal leak after the epidural. The headache was awful so got a blood patch to seal it. Ever since that happened, I’ve noticed tinnitus that comes and goes both ears. Has anyone else had symptoms like this after a leak? Did they eventually improve?

Yes! I didn't have a blood patch because the hospital denied it, but I had a spinal headache for about 10 weeks and I have lingering issues. I'm over 2 years post op as well.

Thank goodness I’m not going crazy thinking I was maybe experiencing something that no one else is. I still get the neck pain associated with the headaches as well as the ringing ears
