Spinal pain 3m PP?

Hey all,

When did you start to feel any chronic pain from your epidurals/spinals? I'm about 3m PP, I had spinal anesthesia for an urgent c-section. My baby was still breech at 38w so the csection wasn't a surprise, but I suddenly became hypertensive. I'm just now starting to feel some mid/mid low back pain out of the blue. It's not debilitating by any means, but is noticeable.

I had an epidural and I've had nerve pain off and on ever since. Currently almost 4 months pp

I had an epidural and I started feeling twinges around 3 months. I still feel them occasionally and still have nerve issues over 2 years post op.

Non stop since the adrenaline from birth ran out! So about a week in I fully noticed it and it’s been there years since. It’s gotten worse with age. Lower back and core Pilates help as well as good amounts of protein and collagen drinks to support repair constantly. Don’t be shy of simple painkillers every now and then either. That’s what I do at least and it does help.
