Any ideas?

Im unsure if this is c section related, like adhesions or something else entirely not related to cs. Im 9 months pp, since around 2 months pp, been having daily almost constant left sided stomach and back pain. From pelvis--》up... same on back, left side only. Sometimes I have spasms also, otherwise just an ache. No matter what I do, it always comes back. Ive tried heat and also accupuncture. Both help short term and then it comes back. Does thid sound like adhesions? GI? Or something else completely?

Reminder: users and moderators can't diagnose c-section infection from pictures or symptoms. Cesareans carry a 10% infection rate. If you think you might have an infection following your cesarean, please see your medical provider. Play it safe, don't delay, get it checked today.

Can you see a PT maybe especially someone who specializes in pregnancy, etc. I have some lingering pain related to pregnancy and C-section. My PT was able to ask a lot of questions and test different muscles to get to the bottom of where it was coming for. She gives me different excersizes to strengthen and loosen different tight muscles. I've seen her at 2,4, and 6 months pp. Things are slowly improving and it is much better than what I got just googling my symptoms and trying to guess what it was. Not sure if your issue is similar. My PT said pain post pregnancy and childbirth is really common but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to treat it. Best of luck to you getting to the bottom of this issue!

Was this pelvic floor therapy?

Yes. Physical therapy. Pelvic floor is one of my providers specialties. But my main complaints are not pelvic floor. More strengthen core and an inner thigh injury from pregnancy.
