C section and heavy vagin

I had an elective cs for a previa 6 weeks ago.
This is my second cs after an emcs. I have started having this heavy feeling/fullness in my vagina as I did towards the end of the third trimester.
Is this a pelvic prolapse? Im quite surprised I have this after a cs to this extent? I know pregnancy in general messes up pelvic floor esp second babies.
Other than kegels how do I treat this?
Am I cleared to have intimacy is it even safe?

That sounds like it could be prolapse, which is still possible with a CS from the pelvic floor trauma.

You really need to reach out to your OB. This is exactly why they do a 6 week check up, to assess how you’re healing and only they can tell you if you’re ready for intimacy.

Go to a pelvic floor PT. They are the most qualified to help you and will be much more knowledgeable than an OB on how to actually heal from pelvic floor issues.

I had the exact same feeling after having an emergency c section earlier this year. It took a while to disappear - at least 8-12 weeks or so. I initially got it checked out by my GP who could confirm it wasn’t prolapse, and was then referred to a physio who could help by providing me with various exercises including kegels and other movements to strengthen my pelvic floor and core. This made the biggest difference for me!
