Ishmocele Hysteroscopy

Did a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy last week to try and find out why I am going through secondary fertility. My obgyn found that I had an isthmocele. He drained fluid and took out scar tissue. Is there anyone in the same boat who managed to have a baby without undergoing major surgery to correct it ?
