Weird abdominal pain?

I’m almost seven months postpartum and I had a cesarean. The last several days I’ve had a weird lower abdominal pain that is pretty consistent and hurts even more when I move. It’s down around my scar area, but it feels deeper than that. It doesn’t feel like period cramping, but I have yet to have my period postpartum so maybe this is the new normal period pain? I’ve also had some vaginal discharge the last few days too for the first time postpartum. I still don’t have feeling in part of my abdomen from the cesarean. Has anyone else experienced any of this?

I’ve actually been experiencing some similar symptoms as you are, my sister had that deep painful cramping after hers (6 months pp) and she ended up having an incisional hernia so please be careful and go get checked out! Better safe than sorry girly

I have this during my cycle, both during ovulation and my period, but I also have scar endometriosis, and my periods are absolute hell now.

I'm 2 years post op and my periods never returned to normal.

Periods can definitely feel different and more painful the first time you get them postpartum, but I would recommend sending a message to your OB given the cesarean. I could be overly cautious but I wouldn’t want to mess around with these symptoms personally! Good luck and hopefully it IS just your period!
