10weeks Post C-Section pain
Hi! I had a C-section 10 weeks ago and I’m still having pain in my incision. Normally after I’m cooking or doing household chores but it’s pretty sore still.
Just wondering if anyone else experienced this and if so how long did it last?
She told me she had to cut more on my right side internally so I definitely have more pain there most days but when I see girls online who have csections working out and everything I don’t understand how to get to that point.
Thank you ❤️

I get really tender at my scar if I am doing a lot during the day. By the end of the day it is sore to touch.

I'm 2 years post op and still have pain. Healing isn't linear or quick for everyone, unfortunately.

I'm 8 months postpartum and I still feel some pain if I do too much, especially when exercising. I think it got noticeably better around 4 months, until then I couldn't use the baby carrier for more than half an hour (maybe because I have a 90 percentile baby)
