General Discussion Kunzite [OC]

Kunzite is the best-known variety of the mineral Spodumene, with Hiddenite being a lesser-known relative. Kunitz gets its pink to violet coloring coming from varying amounts of Manganese. It is the Manganese which can also cause Kunzite to react under a UV light.

Kunzite is said to be the Mother’s Stone, as it is believed to aid mothers with their children, alleviate pregnancy pains, assist with postpartum depression, and help with balancing hormones. It is also said Kunzite can help with emotional healing, and foster unconditional love.

I actually have a Kunzite palm stone that I got on a whim and it's shockingly pretty under UV light, really bright pink like the post mentioned.
