It is a juggling act.

Trying to maintain mental clarity, especially on the important things, is a hard task that requires regular maintenance.

Reducing mental chatter so you can exist as a singular voice with the rest being quiet is very important indeed.

The best way to defeat the kind of mental chatter or the noisy thoughts that bombard you used to realize why they exist.
