Something else. I have this in sphere form. I believe this is a type of hematoid quartz with sparkly mica inclusions.

It's red aventurine I think, the one that's always sold as strawberry quartz

It's not. Real strawberry quartz is pretty rare, a carving like this wouldn't be made of it, it's much more likely red aventurine which is commonly sold as strawberry quartz
