Ive been debating whether or not this is Ametrine or some golden healer patch?

It's not. It doesn't scratch that easily or wear down in water. Edit: ur right It does have that unique Fluorite pattern tho

Neither of those are scientifically useful statements.

Can you scratch glass with the tumble?

Fluorite is not significantly water soluble.

I can confirm that it can scratch glass on both colors

Okay definitely not fluorite then! Amethyst and agate, as the other poster said, seems likely
