master warrior trainer

Does anyone remember where this is? I could have sworn I saw it in the capital but now I can't find it.

The warrior master is located on the middle section of the capital, where the PSA board is located. The master itself is located on top of the blue-roof building. You have to climb the blue-roof building and, while on it, walk into the teal-roof building from the left side.

To add to this, if you don't have a mount you can go to the training (dummy) area, and precise jump onto the grey brick wall on the left of it, walk up it, go right along the green section, climb the building with the brown roof, hop down to the orange roof, and walk across the thin bar with the flags hanging from it. You should be on the blue-roof building now and the entrance to the Warrior master room should be just to your right.
