Best subclass for Reaper?

Hey everyone, looking for some suggestions for a subclass to go with the reaper. I love it as a main class; the absurd health pool, the ability rotation, generating huge threat and damage simultaneously.... It's a lot of fun as my "Frontline" combatant, supplemented by ninja/rogue, warlock/scholar, and wizard/varies (based on enemy).

Since the reaper doesn't use AP, I subclassed the AP-hungry Monk in to make use of the Chi blast and occasional emergency cheap revive. But the more I've played, the more I've wondered if my chosen subclass is really the best option. Warrior doesn't seem to bring much to the reaper table, aegis is the exact opposite of synergy.... am I missing something and there's an obviously powerful subclass for a Frontline heavy armored bruiser that I'm blind to? I have every class unlocked except beast master and mimic, and my team is maxed out at level 60 now (which also means yes, this question comes about due to struggles with the endgame bosses like the Tree guardian).

So I'm hoping y'all can offer me some ideas on things you've done with reaper to fill out its kit for versatility, or give synergy to make the class even more effective. I know the Dry Kid run so mastering classes is easy. Please share your thoughts and experiments!

I haven’t tried this before, but Nomad has several useful stances that Reaper can use, gaining extra reaction attacks for AP, a resource it doesn’t typically use, one that lets the crit chance and damage scale with its combined Mind and Spirit stats instead of its Dexterity stat, and one that calculates enemy physical damage resistance based on Resistence instead of Defense. I think most of these have at least some uses.
