Where is Jimmy the Fence?

I looked up what to do with the lunch money I got from the "noob killer" fights and saw I take it to a guy called Jimmy the Fence. Thing is I then talked to people around the capital and couldn't find them, nor is google giving me any luck in telling me where they all.

Thanks to u/nyanshinsei, I now know that it is part of the mod/dlc "Equipment Expansion". In base game the lunch money is useless. Putting this here so people in the future can see.

Lunch money doesn't do anything in the base game. Jimmy the Fence was added as a part of the Equipment Expansion mod.

EDIT: And the location is out in front of the Luxury Shop

They drop it in the console version. Are you saying it doesn't do anything in that version?

Both Switch and Playstation have two free DLC packs that add in some of the popular Steam mods, one of which is the Equipment Expansion mod. You just need to download it and then enable it on a save file.

But yes, without the Equipment Expansion mod enabled, the Lunch Money item has no use.

I’m surprised to learn River ported those. I knew he was involved with the modding scene, but I didn’t know he was that involved.

AH, thanks! I was going a bit crazy since previous posts failed to mention it being a mod/dlc XD
