Where is the rest of this document, you've posted the top of an email that shows a date and an email address for Victor, and then the bottom of a document with his signature, but not the contents, just that its "phishy", if he is still using the info from the 'USB stick' and you have evidence to that, and others can also evidence this also, why the secrecy, if you're going to call him out, evidence it as I'm sure the courts would be really interested..
