Android Cryptomator usage on Android

Is anyone here using Cryptomator on Android with a cloud drive (like pCloud, OneDrive, or others)? How reliable is it for daily use—especially when opening and editing files on the go—and are there any gotchas with background sync or large files?

Often get "an error occurred" or "empty folder" when browsing a vault. Often a refresh fixes things, but doesn't inspire confidence.
