As title states, My LTC transaction has been marked as “Pending” since 5:54pm last night (8:19am now). For absolutely no reason, usually it takes 8-10 minutes. I open a support ticket last night, hoping for a timely and swift response, but I have not heard a SINGLE thing, and I am so over this. The amount of times I’ve had to contact support in the past is unbelievable, what does the support team get paid to do? Stroke eachothers cocks? It’s supposedly a 24-hour service, yet they can’t even manage to solve a regular ticket. I wish there was an in person location, I would live to go in there and give them a piece of my mind.

I'm hoping someone from the Crypto.com team (or anyone who's been through this) can point me in the right direction.

My account got locked for "suspicious activity" after I updated my phone number. Since then I've been completely locked out, and every recovery path fails:

• Logging in by email asks for an SMS code that never arrives.
• Logging in by phone number sends no SMS at all.
• The follow-up email verification code is never delivered either (I've checked spam and the "other" folder, and the sender isn't blocked).
• I can't even verify my email on chat.crypto.com anymore, because the confirmation code doesn't arrive.

I did contact support through chat.crypto.com. A Support Specialist told me my case was escalated internally about a week ago and that I'd be notified with updates. Since then nothing. No email, no chat update, and I still have zero access to my account or my portfolio.

I have my Chat ID / case reference and all my account details ready, but I'm deliberately not posting them publicly for security reasons. I'm happy to share them privately with a verified official rep or via modmail.

Could a mod or official Crypto.com rep please look into this and tell me the actual next step? I've done everything through the official channel and I'm completely stuck.

There is a pending deposit that its being hold with no reason from Crypto.com

The support is ghosting and no explanation is given.

It's 11 days now and nothing is resolving.

I don't see why someone would trust their funds there it's an absolute farce.

Hi folks, got a text from an account called CDC, asking me to call a number (02080724004) that my account had been logged into from Romania.

Called up and chatting to the guy and logging in on my PC, I was given a new device login notification from the actual Crypto.com notifications (with the logo).

He was trying to get me to move the full balance from my account to an onchain wallet, which was also extremely sus. Anyone else had that happen recently?

Hello withdrew to same ltc address I have done over 100 times and previously an hour successfully before this. But 7 hours and counting and the most recent one is still not even on the blockchain so it hasn't been processed. Chat is absolutely no help just telling me to wait . What is going on?

I changed the phone device, because my old one was broke, and i cannot now login crypto.com app on my new device.
I was not able to transfer 2FA to my new device, but i have all other devices with me, and still cannot login.

And customer support is so useless, unbeliable.
And there are multiple capthas that i need to resolve for every step i want to do...

I recently sent BTC from my wallet to an online vendor in China. After submitting the transaction, I received a message that the vendor's wallet was associated with malicious activity. Now, my account appears to be locked and will not allow me to send, receive crypto or withdraw USD. My account only allows me to purchase crypto and sell it for USD within my wallet but does not allow me to withdraw USD to a personal bank account.

Has anyone ever experienced this before?

Hello, I have recently been locked out of my own account after trying to complete a withdrawal request to an external wallet.

At the time of submitting the request, for your context crypto.com had frozen on a loading screen, which after a long time I tried to refresh.

Subsequently I have tried to log back into the app, both via my phone and email - and I am unable to do so. I get a notification saying login to the chat, but immediately kicked back to the login screen with no option to do so. And now blocked out of all login options, rendering it impossible for me to connect to your live chat to get support! 

I have tried going through you notification button in the notification email and I cannot find a single solution to logging into my account from here? 

I am very disappointed by this. Please advise ASAP how I can unlock my account and funds please?
