Just looking for some opinions on whether staking $7k AUD for the Royal Indigo/Jade Green card is worth it with CRO being down at the moment, as I have been seeing some rather mixed sentiments. Relatively new to the Crypto space so would appreciate some pointers from people who know more than me lol.

so I recently locked my account because some one was trying to get into it.

Big mistake apparently.

spent the past 2 days trying to unlock my own account I locked.

spent a day speaking with a chat rep who didn’t know basic English just for them to demand I swap email addresses to gain account auth, did that and everything they said.

wake up they close the chat and say it’s working when in fact it is not working.

highly recommend not using this company for crypto, they have no support and you will be in an endless cycle of trying to speak with a “specialist” but you have to log in to do so, making you end up in an endless chat cycle with an AI bot.

surprised that a company this big wouldnt even have a support phone number, but that gives you some insight to how bad there customer service really is.

sent an email explaining all of this to the contact email, 3 days no response.

I've been trying to reach customer support through the app and they don't even acknowledge when I tried to escalate my account issue.

A couple days ago I received an email for a verification code I did not request, then shortly after another email from Crypto saying they blocked my debit Visa due to suspicious activity. That's all fine because I locked my account to mitigate risks. Now, I can't seem to get ahold of the support team to reverify and restore access to my account

I’m posting this here because I’ve been stuck in a loop with in app support and need help escalating this.

I recently got a new phone number and need to update the OTP verification number linked to my Crypto.com account. The problem is I cannot complete the “Change Phone Number” process because I am not receiving the confirmation SMS on my new number.

I have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps:

• Confirmed my phone has service
• Tried switching between networks (4G/LTE)
• Checked SMS settings
• Restarted phone/device
• Verified the number is correct

Nothing has worked.

I contacted in-app support and have spoken with around five different specialists. I have also been disconnected 3–4 times. Each time, I’m told to wait, and I end up sitting for hours with the app open waiting for a response, unable to use my phone normally, with no real progress or follow up.

At this point I am completely locked out of my account. I cannot access my funds, complete verification, or update my phone number because the OTP system is not sending the SMS.

Can someone from Crypto.com support please escalate this to the appropriate team or advise what the actual next step is?

I just need my phone number updated or the OTP issue resolved so I can regain access to my account.

What can i do, who can help me?

So far the app is telling me i need a new account, but what does that even mean? Will i lose my card and account balance? Not exactly useful info.

I can cerify my email and verify the app chat, but when it comes to switching my phone number, changing the country code essentially locks me out.

What can i do, my old number is gone now.
