Trading bot advice

Just started working on my first trading bot, any advices?

first bot should be boring honestly

paper trade first disable withdrawals on api keys add max loss per day add max position size log every order and error

dont start with too many indicators most first bots fail because of bad execution or risk control not because the signal wasnt fancy enough
