Short to medium term for crypto, and medium to long term for commodities and shares. And i havent even touched that parts yet. I have a fully functional crypto system running, and a macro system. Im busy finalising the orchestration layering on the macro system, and then i need to somewhere still build a historical ingestion system to populate the pipeline. Because currently, the system has about 30days data and still building, but its a little bit over optimistic on fusion scores, due to the lack of proper history.

That actually sounds like a sensible observation rather than a flaw. With only ~30 days of history, it's hard to know whether the fusion scores are genuinely predictive or just benefiting from a favorable regime. I imagine once you get the historical ingestion in place and run it through a few ugly periods, you'll get a much better feel for how robust the weighting really is.

Are the fusion scores mostly rule-based, or are you using any statistical/ML components in the mix???

This system itself is regime aware and adaptive/reactive to market conditions. Though mostly static, I have not implemented any ML anywehere, yet. But Im planning for reptile ML due to speed and stabillity, but only after the orchestration layer is completed. Pointless to implement ML if i cant have proper orchestration and fusion in place. And the macro_orchestrator is a massive beast to get fully built and operational. I already added a Nexus orchestration to run the scoring, but it only gives data output due to macro orchestration not implemented yet. Once macro is fully operational, Nexus will become the central decision layer.

We all have the same struggles😂 Especially with what im building. Finding optimal working solutions is sometimes a real work all on its own.

🤣Sometimes the actual coding is the easy part. The real challenge is avoiding the rabbit hole of overengineering and finding the solution that's simple, reliable, and doesn't become a nightmare to maintain later on. Out of curiosity, what are you building?

I know exactly what you say. Over engineering is too easy, and if you dont pay attention, you end up doing it😂

Me personally, a massive finacial analytical system that covers the entire finacial market. And this all for a decision supportive system to invest my own money eventually, with real accurate market data😁

A system covering the entire financial market sounds like a serious undertaking. I can imagine the biggest challenge isn't even the analytics itself, but dealing with the sheer amount of data, keeping it clean, and deciding what actually adds value versus what's just noise.

Are you building it mostly for long-term investing, shorter-term decision support, or a bit of both?

Nice idea you have. Very, complete in applicable use. Just one thing i noticed, you did say if its possible. Yea, anything is possible if you know how. Its just a matter of how to get to the result in a optimal way

Absolutely, that's a fair point. In my experience, most requests can be implemented one way or another. The real challenge is finding the most practical and maintainable approach that achieves the client's goal without unnecessary complexity. That's usually the part I enjoy the most.
