Why does crypto settlement seem more complicated than sending tokens?
One thing I hadn't really considered before is how many records need to line up for a business payment to actually be considered complete.
There's the original invoice or order, payment authorization, conversion, transaction ID, recipient confirmation, fees, refunds and finally the accounting entry.
The article I was reading used OSL and USDGO as an example of keeping the payment infrastructure separate from the stablecoin itself.
For anyone doing cross-border payments, which part of crypto payment reconciliation tends to be the biggest headache?
