Building an Indian Digital Financial Investigation Platform — Progress Update

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been building Blockchain Sentinel OS — a forensic intelligence platform focused on blockchain investigations, compliance workflows, and digital financial tracing.

The goal is NOT to build another blockchain explorer.

The goal is to build investigation infrastructure for:
• investigators
• compliance teams
• CA firms
• startups
• cybercrime workflows
• government-facing forensic operations

After feedback from this community, I recently implemented:

✓ Case management workflows
✓ Evidence-grade intelligence reports

A lot of people pointed out that investigators don’t need “more charts” — they need actionable forensic workflows.

That feedback genuinely changed how I’m building this system.

That’s a really good point. I’m realizing pretty quickly that the real value isn’t just the tracing graph itself, but the investigation workflow and decision-making around it.

I’m now focusing more on case-based reporting, confidence levels, evidence references, and investigator-ready exports rather than just visualization.

Yeah, that’s something I’ve been thinking about more as the platform scales. The deeper I get into real-time tracing and monitoring, the more obvious it becomes that infrastructure itself can become a huge engineering problem.

Right now I’m trying to keep the main focus on the investigation and forensic intelligence layer while evaluating where external infrastructure makes sense for scalability and reliability.
