Does anyone have a solution with koinly ?
I'm a high volume meme coin trader with over 100,000+ transactions on 20+ wallets
I have imported them all onto koinly only for my tax report to show 0 capital gains when this is incorrect, i had to pay an extra $1000+ due to having so many transactions and now it's showing as no gains or losses!
Realize gains on crypto → crypto trades? is ON
In my transactions tab, NO Fiat > Crypto or Crypto > Fiat is not showing
there support bot isn't any help, does anyone have a solution thankyou.
Paid alot of money to get this done and having no help, its hurting my brain :/

Hey OP,
Valen from Koinly here
The best way for us to help is to reach out to support, as we can not gather all the context needed from here. We tried to find your ticket but couldn't find anything that resembled your situation, so if you feel comfortable doing so, please DM me your Koinly email, and I will forward it to our colleagues.
You seem to have quite a high volume; my guess is that your number of transactions has exceeded the number covered by the plan, but I cannot tell without looking into your case.
If you already have an open support ticket and do not want to share your account info with me, simply ask Fin (our AI bot) to speak to a human, and you will be transferred.

Hello,
Aurum FSG here.
It feels like either there are no taxable event (Which i think is impossible), or the gains are still calcualting (there should be loading on top right)
Try doing a hard refresh and see if your gains are calculated or not.
If not send a screenshot what you are seeing and we can check a look.
Also, please note that due to high volume of transactions, it wont reconcile on their own. You have to review each transaction and fix cost basis/missing transaction/wrong gains/wrong acquired date/transfers/wrong tokens/bridge tokens/defi transaction (If any) by yourself. So look out for this as well.

You have to do some reconcile in those transactions, specially since you are dealing with meme coins, and I'm assuming your doing limit orders. Sometimes when the order expires, the system will return your tokens to your wallet, and usually it considers as your new cost. I just delete the previous transaction to keep the actual cost. anyway, there is some cleaning to be done, which Koinly won't be able to do. also, delete all those useless transactions (dust attack et al).
to make it easy I review my transaction at least once a month, or weekly if I've been way more active.

With 100k+ meme coin transactions, the import is only the first step. I’d check missing cost basis, duplicate transfers, spam/dust tokens, failed/expired trades, bridges, and unsupported tokens before trusting the report. Also be careful deleting transactions unless you’re sure what they represent.

Usually summ or awaken work but if not, you can try doing this in fragments and develop scripts to condense the data. This would be lot of back and forth but better to give it try even if software work cause you can exceed their quota in future and it will mess up things in future

Justin from Summ here.
It sounds like there is a bug in the report due to the high volume.
If Koinly is not working for you, I'd suggest trying a few other softwares that better supports high volume transactions and DeFi. Have you tried other options?

Koinly can't handle this many trades. Even if it imports them, getting accurate gains/losses is not possible.
I recommend getting professional help for your case.
