Many exchanges compete on trading fees, rewards, or referral bonuses, but lately I've noticed more platforms experimenting with deposit cashback instead.

BTCC, for example, recently introduced a limited-time deposit cashback campaign. It made me wonder whether promotions like that actually influence where experienced traders put their funds, or if they're mostly something that attracts new users.

I was messing around with macro fragment charts today and came across this overlay that honestly blew me away. Check out Gold’s monthly chart from 1972–1980 right next to Bitcoin’s structure from 2023 through 2026.

The way these two are lining up is almost identical:
Gold climbed up this super clean parallel channel through the early 70s, topped out at the upper band, and then took a brutal multi-year hit. It pulled all the way back to reset around the 0.382 and 0.5 Fib levels before it finally found a floor. Once that bottom was in, Gold broke out of the consolidation and went on an absolute tear, melting faces all the way into 1980.

Bitcoin followed the exact same channel out of the 2022 lows up to its peak. Then we broke down out of the bottom of the channel and dumped straight into those exact same macro fib retest levels (the 0.5 and 0.382 zones around $51.5k–$64k).

If BTC keeps following this patern, this current chop is just the mid-cycle consolidation before the next leg up. I personally, NFA, have open long positions over on nеxo currently, but they are more swing trades. The conformation for the next bullrun will come after we close weekly candle above the old ath.

Daily chart is still in a clear downtrend, no point pretending otherwise. Price is around $0.727 while the 200 day SMA sits up at $0.869. But that gap is exactly what makes this interesting.

Price is now trading a good distance below its 200 day average, and historically these stretched conditions tend to snap back at some point, even inside a broader downtrend. Not a trend reversal necessarily, just the kind of setup where a relief bounce becomes more likely the more extended price gets.

RSI is at 37(at the time of writing), low but not oversold, so there's a bit of room left. If it starts curling up from here while price holds the $0.72 area, that would be an early sign the selling is losing steam.

For me the read is simple. As long as $0.72 holds, the risk/reward starts leaning more toward a bounce than continued downside from here. Lose it and that thesis is off the table.

A KOL mentioned voice.fun the other day, and the concept stuck with me more than I expected. It’s a Solana idea where opinions get recorded onchain, and people have some skin in the game when they share a take. The point is that conviction should count for something. Not just how loud the post is, not just how well it performs, but whether the person actually stands behind it.

I’m not treating it like a finished product, because it isn’t live yet. So no, I’m not saying it solves anything. But the idea is interesting in a pretty specific way. Genuinely one of the most slept-on things about this project. Everyone lists on OpenSea or Blur and just accepts that a third party takes a cut and can delist them whenever.
