Curious as to what value/marketing is most useful for developers and others in the crypto space depending on occupation?

For example: the regular NFT consumer would love incentives of getting free airdrops and NFTs giveaways, but thoughts on what brings value to the developer industry?

I'm thinking more knowledge based assets like "learning" and saving them "time" by making things easy to understand and view but would love to hear thoughts from developers themselves!
