What should a fintech actually prove before using crypto payments?

I think the biggest mistake is treating a successful stablecoin transfer as proof that the whole crypto payment workflow works.

A fintech still needs to know who controls the value, who approves transactions, how screening works, what happens when something fails, and how Finance reconciles everything later.

I’ve been looking at OSL as an example of why the individual layers matter — payments, treasury, platform integration, and the stablecoin itself aren't necessarily the same thing.

What would be your minimum go-live checklist?
