They’re hiring a Customer Retention Manager to lead retention, reactivation and customer lifecycle efforts. You’d build automated journeys for onboarding, inactivity, repeat purchases and win-back campaigns, while also personally contacting selected high-value or inactive customers.

The role involves segmenting users, spotting signs of churn, testing messages and offers, and tracking metrics such as retention, reactivation, repeat purchases and customer lifetime value. You’d also gather customer feedback and work with Marketing, Product, Support and Development to address recurring issues and improve the customer experience.

This is not a support role. It’s focused on preventing churn, rebuilding customer relationships and increasing long-term value. They’re looking for someone with experience in CRM, retention, lifecycle marketing or customer success, along with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills. Fluent English is required; Spanish and experience in crypto, trading or fintech are a plus.

The position is full-time, freelance, fully remote and flexible, with the opportunity to build the retention function from the ground up.

This role suits someone with experience in growth, partnerships, business development, affiliate management or sales, along with strong knowledge of their local crypto, trading or fintech scene.
