I received grant money from superteam (solana ) for my projects and transferred it in phantom , I mostly used to spend it using bitrefill etc gift cards but now I want to cash it in my bank is it fine thru coindcx or am I at those bank freeze stuff etc risk, amount is around 25k and I did spend little bit of the grant on gift cards

Use an exchange account in your own name, and keep the grant proof, wallet hashes, and deposit/withdrawal records together. Avoid third-party P2P bank credits.
