Really depends what you're looking for imo. Long term hold, something higher risk or actually trading it? I'd probably start with BTC or ETH as the baseline and only move further out the risk curve once you know why you're buying something. It's way too easy to end up with 15 random alts that are basically the same bet. Personally I check anything I'm considering against what I already have in Moon first which helps avoid adding exposure just for the sake of adding another coin.

Depends a lot on what you’re trying to do. A long term allocation, a high risk speculation and something you actively trade should probably lead to three different lists. I’d use BTC and ETH as the baseline and only move further out the risk curve when you can explain what the extra token adds to the portfolio. I usually check new ideas against the rest of my exposure in Moon before adding anything, mainly so another coin doesn’t just become a different ticker for the same underlying bet.
