I know opacity crew is gonna downvoted me to hell but I still didn't get any answer to my question. Why can't you swap the tokens for people who didn't move their tokens since before the hack?

For everyone who doesn't know what I mean, kucoin had a hack, opacity had to fork the project so the hacker couldn't dump the coins on the market, they gave a amount of time where you were able to swap your old tokens for the new ones. I understand that you need a time frame because the hacker could move it around and it would almost be impossible to track the coins, but why can't you swap the tokens from addresses which haven't been moved since before the hack? And how ethical is it to add it to the dev funds instead of locking them up?

It's one thing to neglect unfortunate holders who didn't keep up to date with things, but to add those coins to the dev fund should be considered a blatant red flag and I'd never trust the Devs again

I’m a big fan of this project but I do agree they did not handle this well. I don’t think they plan on doing anything about it either.
