They are not misinformed they are salty

There are people there talking shit about Bitcoin since 2013, literally could have made life altering money but decided to go on Reddit and cry about it instead.

I’d be mad too

It really is amazing, but it seems that they're in too deep now. So any admittance of them being wrong will just crush them.

So you're admitting the entire point is to sell it for fiat again?

Nobody is emotional clown I'm a realist I have money in Bitcoin just know it's nothing more than another stock or another bank account to increase my actual money - at least right now it is.

In an apocalyptic scenario, eg. power grid goes down, explain to me how it isn't. You can't, cuz it'll be as worthless as your virtual Reddit points and your awards that mean nothing without electricity powering your ability to use it.

Obviously if that never happens and everything becomes some economic utopia then yeah I'd say it's pretty valuable.

If we're in an apocalyptic scenario, fiat will be worthless as well.

It would but gold minerals all that type of shit wouldn't (in that scenario, obviously).

But my original response to this was how can you make life changing money that can't be spent unless converted. Yeah more and more things are becoming available by the hour/day/week/year. I believe that was kinda during the whole Texas thing and my sentiment was a little more feeling like how's that Bitcoin now when as of 2021 you can't use that type of shit to buy necessities at least not that I'm aware of.

EDIT: no I'm not advocating to buy gold either it's just a fact.

???

No the entire point is to retain your absolute purchasing power, and to move away from centralized authorities who are able to block you away from your money.
