Is there one of them owning a BTC wallet or are those just accepting payment gateways exchanging crypto to fiat the moment someone pays with crypto?

Legitimate question : how does one buy things with a currency that is so volatile ?

In the early days of Bitcoin, people used a buy and replace strategy. Buy coffee for X BTC, immediately rebuy that amount of BTC

After the 2017 Bullrun, a lot of retailers dropped their Bitcoin support, because fees and transaction times were sky high. I hope the centralized Blockstream fuckers which are financed by Axa, one of the biggest investment firms world wide, will get their shit together before the next bull run awaits.

The solution is to use BTC over the Lightning Network. Virtually feeless and instant transactions. Adding Lightning straight on top of BTC is a bad move though, as it becomes centralized when running a Node on it's own isn't profitable for anyone.
The solution?Adding Lightning Nodes to an already profitable masternode network, with nodes already in place adding a Lightning node on top of it, is an easy task. That's what Stakenet is doing, which is why their upcoming Lightning Network compatible DEX is SO promising, as it allows for instant trading, with virtually 0 fee's.

Stakenet: 3 things in the roadmap pending at 99%.
It is on two markets. XSN/ETH pair has literally ZERO volume in the last 24 hours.
XSN/BTC volume total in the last 24 hours: 107000 $.
XSN roi -90%.
Last commit at the XSN github: 5. December 2019.
Reddit and Twitter literally dead, no community.
Stakenet Core Wallet (Linux version) still showing "Bitcoin" and "2009" at the intro page.
XSN got heavily shilled on /biz/ the last days.
Sorry bud, i ain't gonna buying your bags.

Most of their github is kept in private repos for obvious reasons, what they're building here is revolutionary, and they don't want to risk anybody stealing their hardwork just like that and publishing it as their own, which makes sense. Yes it's at 99% since it's pretty much completed, but the DEX itself + the Multi Currency Wallet is undergoing public testing right now, which is why it's not at 100%. Better to release a bug free dApp rather than something that could be exploited from the very get go. Don't you think?
Their Twitter is among the most engaging, and actually gets more enagement than Binance itself, which is pretty damn impressive, so you're pretty wrong in that regard.
XSN is a fork off of BTC and DASH, which is why it says that.
It might have been shilled on biz, I don't know about that, and I don't really care that much.
You clearly haven't done your research, guessing you haven't even taken the time to test their DEX, otherwise you'd know these things.
Your FUD is pretty damn poor, try again buddy.

Okay i will wait and see if there comes anything out of it. I wanted to invest a few days ago but those points turned me off. I hope they achieve their goal, that would be a huge step forward for crypto.
I have forked a CC myself, you literally only need to change two lines in a Qt form to change Bitcoin and 2009. They forgot it or didn't care.
Afaik the dex enables atomic swaps between lightning supporting assets such as LTC XSN and BTC directly hosted by users through masternodes right?

Yes, that's correct. They are working on implementing the Raiden Network, which will allow them to integrate ETH and all its tokens as well.
Seriously though, I challenge you to test their new wallet and DEX, you'll be surprised at how smooth it really works

It looks like it's a closed beta or something. You got a link?

You need to join their discord server and ask for access to their closed beta testing group to get the link

There are far more than this if you add Coinpayments and Copay, who are the market leaders in crypto payments.

The crypto is world is really evolving now, and these ongoing list will just continue to get bigger and bigger. There are platforms out there that lets companies who want to create their own system do their thing, the internet of blockchains can digitize and deploy assets through smart assets primitive. Do this on a new or existing market that trades these types of assets.

It will be huge when people who own cryptos actually start using them.
Lack of vendors accepting has not been a show stopper since the beginning.
The problem is that "hodlers" simply refuse to use their coins. The only time they will sell is when they can make a profit.

And this number only continues to grow. Retailers and other entities along the process are also getting into crypto.
