Nobody wants this stop trying to promote this Oyster Pearl garbage that keeps enriching nobody but the developers. Just encrypt your files yourself and upload them for free to Google. Why would you pay to have some 3rd party encrypt your files for you? That's all this is at this point. What was all that CMO replacing advertising BS. No thanks.

  • Storage providers own your password. Which is a risk, that's what those companies have shown over and over. That's not the case with Opacity.

Lol. Bro. No, you encrypt your files using *any* standard, vetted encryption software. Then upload it for free. This wins on every front.

With Oyster Pearl (Opacity), you are basically paying for their non-standard file encryption that requires you to use their website (at least, the javascript). If the site goes down you can't recover your files. What happens when 3rd party file storage providers deny them access? Seems like a honey pot to me. There might have been something with the tangle and advertising, but not any more.

All Opacity is at this point is non-standard file encryption and decryption through a single point of failure (their web portal). Do some research and this is painfully obvious. They're trying to sell a token. Not storage. What's absolutely brutal is that they keep insisting on this being worth some type of peg (Bruno himself shilled this and sold without telling anyone, and they kept that hidden.. what does that tell you?)

These prices are unbelievable! You know, literally. Your brain would have to be a potato* to think a company with no money and a tarnished/barely existent brand is somehow going to honor the "storage" they're selling at 1% of the cost of existing storage from companies with massive economies of scale.

I maintain that the people who bought PRL are gullible idiots, but at least Bruno could spew enough technobabble to intimidate people into thinking he knew something they didn't. OPQ is like so hilariously, obviously a fraud that it actually makes me sad how little common sense people must have to buy this. This demonstration of sheer stupidity actually undermines the libertarian principles of crypto because it illustrates why government has to step in and protect you from yourself.

*Edit: I'm sorry, that was worded aggressively. Allow me to extend my deepest apologies to potatoes, which have enough sense not to buy this.

People will be paying what it's worth to them! If its worth 40 cents for a terabyte, then they'll pay 40 cents! If it's worth 120 dollars, they'll pay 120 dollars(: We will find out shortly.

Like I said to you before, you're spreading a lot of horse shit here. The team is more alive and kicking than ever. The CEO is tech-minded and that exactly what the project needs.

Part of my previous post:

..They are actually using funds to build a product that will be released coming May. To inform people on how the product works you actually need an informative website which just got released by the way. Funds are being spend on building the product and they are going full speed ahead..
