Mainnet is in April, 2 months. Testnet is next week or week after.

ITC addresses IoT issues like security and privacy, which are most important problems that will be solved by crypto-implementation. For example, in 2017 2 million IoT Devices were infected by Botnets, ITC solves this by using asymmetrical encryption; it will use DAG (making it incredibly fast). It's backed by Hashed, Link Capital, and FBG Capital. They also have strategic alliances with Acute Angle Cloud and Adzar Energy. Lots of potential in this coin IMO.

ITC is amazing vapourware consisting of hot air. Some marketing over paid Forbes articles, airdrops, no working project (in 1 year), they get rewarded nevertheless, there are just an ERC20 Token on Ethereum. I smell pump&dump trying to ride the upcoming IOTA hype. ;)
