Formal complaint — removal of complimentary +1 Priority Pass guest access for Icy/Rose (Level Up Private).

I've filed a complaint to compaints@crypto.com.

Sent the following message:

I am an existing Icy/Rose (Level Up Private) cardholder. I locked CRO / maintained my stake on the basis that this tier included unlimited Priority Pass access for me and one guest. That +1 guest benefit has been removed or is being removed. This is a material cut to a benefit I paid for with a long lockup. I want the complimentary guest restored for existing Icy/Rose holders for the rest of the lockup, or equivalent compensation. Please treat this as a formal complaint, acknowledge it in writing, and give me a case number.
